Hi. My name is Maci. I am 16. I live in a small, rural community in southwest Virginia. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor at 6. It has been a long road to recovery. I began coming to Richmond a few years ago to Hope Therapy. We usually come to Richmond three times a year. Mom and I stay three to four weeks at a time. Without an affordable place to stay, my therapy would not be possible. The Evelyn Reinhart Guest House has become my home away from home. The Guest House gives us a beautiful place to come back to and relax after three hours of hard PT. We have wonderful meals. I love when the therapy dogs come to visit. I’ve met so many friends there that I keep in touch with even when we are at home. The Guest House is a god send for so many like me and many who are at St. Mary’s as well. Thank you for providing us with a place to stay while I heal and get stronger. Without the Evelyn D. Reinhart Guest House, this would not be possible.
